OK, this thing is really happening..... We are sitting at the kitchen table with a long punch list and a lot of paperwork. In 4 days we'll be boarding a plane to L.A. and then on to Guangzhou, China! Yes, it's a bit overwhelming, but it is also so exciting. The adorable little girl we have been praying for over the past year is at the other end of these travels to places that I have trouble pronouncing.... In just about a week we'll be united with Emily, and I will be her Ba Ba (Father in Chinese) Yes, it's challenging. Yes it's overwhelming. But, without a doubt I am confident that this is God's leading for our family!
OK, now back to the punch list.....

Wow, you all go straight to Guangzhou??? Will you stay in that area, or will you go to Beijing at all? I would love to stay in 1 spot, but as it is, we will be from the north to south end of China on our trip!!
Can't wait to follow along on your trip... hope that list goes well. :) Just remember that if you forget something... most everything you buy over here, is made over there anyway. :)
